Dishonest, disrespectful and shady. These people are not courteous and will attempt to steal your items. Bring two copies of your invoice, and go over every item if you make the mistake of dealing with them.

I have been a member of their online auction for some years now but never really went to bid on anything UNTIL last week. I have read some horrible reviews which made me pretty scared, but there was an item that i really needed and know that i will be getting it cheaper than retailers. So I bid on it and a couple more items I saw that I liked. - The auction house lets people in if you want to see the items before bidding, this way you know if its good to bid on it or not. When I found out that they do that, I was able to see the items I wanted and they are pristine conditions so I went back online and bid on them. -The customer service I received was not as bad as what others have experienced. After the online auction closed, they said you will receive an invoice via email the next day, but that didn't happen to me, the card was charged but the invoice was not sent, so I called the auction house and immediately got assisted. Was told that there might be an error in the system but they can print the invoice and go the next day to pick up the items and get the invoice at the office. I requested to have it texted to me because I will ask another person to pick up the items and within minutes the invoice was texted to me. - Upon pick up, (this scared me the most) because of what others wrote, but I was shocked when my friend that picked up said that they had the best experience and service. They had to go 2 trips because the items were big and will not fit the van, they came back on the 2nd trip and the item was there ready to load. They even helped load it. So all in all, the experience was not bad. You just need to go to see the items you are bidding on if you want to make sure that the items are in good or working conditions. This week, I got a few more items from them and picking it up today.

I deal with several auction houses in So.Cali. First time bidding at this one. Last time bidding with them.Lack of staff in warehouse. Took them 2 hours to locate my goods, which actually didn't locate everything I won. I had 3 items I won & paid for " missing"?..I received credit after the gal that checked people out tried to say " well that's why we only keep your items for 7 days. Then put back out ..I just won the auction on Mon & came to pickup 2 days later & it vanished. She didn't want to refund me for their faulty inventory handling? No not good customer service. I do give kudos to " Gary " holding my items for me past the 7 day hold period since I was traveling 2 hrs to come pickup & couldn't make it due to hectic schedule on my end..But the customer service here & lack of inventory control will NOT have me bidding here again anytime soon. Now I know why auctions close cheap. Unless you have a lot of patience & don't mind some of your winnings not there when you go to pickup & argumentive cashier. Go for it! But myself I return after getting treated like I'm a valued customer if not I go take my $$ somewhere else!
