Horrible experience and service, never again! I found Mandy’s on Yelp last year sometime and used them four times but my 5th time in April 2022 will absolutely be my last. Things happen, we all know that but how a business handles things is what truly matters. We had them pick up 30lbs in laundry after returning from a spring break vacation – I was thinking this will be so much easier to not do the laundry and use Mandy’s to wash/fold. Items were delivered 4 hours late, but not a big deal. When we got home, we glanced down and recognized clothing in the bag that was for sure not ours. We opened it all up to find that the two large bags were a mix of “some” of our clothes and 20+ pieces of a strangers. We were missing at least 25 items of clothing valued at over 2k – much of which was bought new before the trip. So, obviously very concerning. Contacted them – the response was OH MY GOD. Ok…I then spent next four days having to check in on updates, waiting for the 48 customers they left message for to call back. They had no clue at all what happened to our stuff. Not one during our calls and text messages did Oscar ever apologize – he admitted they clearly misplaced our stuff but never ever sorry it happened, sorry it has taken all this time on your part etc. So, the clothes were finally found and returned which was a relief. Oscar sends me a voice memo apologizing for the first time and offers me a $50 credit on a future order to win back my business. I wrote back declining saying that I would have expected a refund for that order either the full amount $70 or the $50 he offered not a future credit. I never hear back. I then see that they charged me a second time for the order – I had to text him again. He tells me they will refund. Here I was assuming oh they will do the right thing and just credit this order they messed up. Nope. They never issued the refund for the second charge until I had to contact him again yesterday. Then the crazy started – I expressed that I was surprised they were only crediting me for the extra charge. Oscar just couldn’t understand the issue – his point was I go my clothes back so basically who cares the lost them for days, who cares I had to sort through some other ladies’ bras and clothing, who cares about the time I had to waste dealing with it. I’ve included these texts in the pictures. This place is horrible. They were just going to lose my business because since the handled it so terribly, I have to share with other customers so they can make a more informed decision.

However rare this is, it can happen. If there is a severe weather, we will return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe to for our drivers to do so. We will keep you updated to any changes via phone, email and/or text.
When the weather’s bad we double-bag your laundry to make sure it’s protected from the elements. We always do our best to protect your laundry however, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for more details.
Absolutely. Many of our customers have Mandy’s Laundry pickup and deliver to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.
Every area has there scedule time for pickup its from 8am to 12 noon to 1to 5 pom or 6 to 8 pm we are very flexable hours for your convenience.
You can expect your laundry to be returned within 24 hours from when we pick it up.
