Called ahead of time to confirm that they were open and showed up 15 minutes prior to closing. The lady said they were closed. So maybe change your hours to 6:45 pm on a Saturday. Will not go back.

The Lady I spoke with was very arrogant, she didn't even repeat her name to me. She needs to be more professional when she speaks to anyone over the phone. She cannot just be nice to those that will be her customers, or bring her profits, is it because they will bring her money? Customer service should be over all not just when is convinient.

I had an excellent experience with Dorina, and I truly appreciated the Personable, and Professional Customer Service that she provided me! She is truly an Awesome person, and she genuinely cares about people, and helping people get their loans approved. I personally witnessed other people that she assisted, and she consistently provided the same great Customer Service to everyone.
