Trash didn’t get picked up on 4/25 which is a regular trash pick up day. Got a note on the trash from the driver about distance from the curb. I called 4/25 to express my concern and the rep assured me that they will be here today 4/26 between 6am and 6p.m. The picture shows the proof. If there collects jobs is to provide service, it didn’t happen. Now I’m starting to think that people hired for burrtec don’t service black folks in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. SMH 🤦🏿♂️. Where will we put the trash? Thanks for the disservice burrtec. Every house but out this week.

The worst customer service ever, very rude and disrespectful, unfortunately this the only trash company that service in my area. If it was up to me I would definitely choose a better company maybe I should petition for that because this is unacceptable especially if I'm paying you..need to find my assembly member and see how I can

I paid for a 40 cubic container and on the day if delivery thay call me only offer me 30 cubic unit. They take your money and dont know their own inventory so then your suppose to take whats left over and not what was promised. IT's the Old Bait and Switch concept.

Service personal are no careful on their routine trash collection ,bind are toss like news papers an binds are breaking, their times this bind fall in the middle of the street an trash is scarred also,...office calls are useless an there is a women that has the attitude of serpent, If any complain on her attitude ,please do not allow this people to treat you like their doing you favor.We are the ones giving them business. My rating overall is no -stars .

🎄 Are you wondering how to properly dispose of your Christmas tree? We’ll take care of it! 👉 Christmas tree pickups are included as part of your regular curbside service during the holiday season. First remove all lights, ornaments, tinsel and other decorations. Remove it from the tree stand. For trees over 6 feet tall, residence should cut the tree in half to be sure they can be collected safely. 🗑 Place your tree next to your barrels on your usual service day. Please do not place them inside or on top of any barrel. Remember not to block sidewalks, driveways, cars or mailboxes. We only accept real Christmas trees. Flocked trees are acceptable. 🌲 Our drivers will stop and dispose of your tree. Collected trees are delivered to one of our compost locations where they are off-loaded, processed and transformed into renewable organic products such as mulch, compost, and wood chips.
