We were traveling through Springfield and our water pump went out. They got us in immediately, drove us to a nearby restaurant for breakfast (and picked us up!) and had the job done before lunch! And, their estimate and final charge was less than any of the other shops in town that we called! They were the epitome of professional and accommodating.

I have been using Ricks for years and I have never been disappointed. They are so helpful and supportive, and never talk down to you. I am definitely not comfortable in typical “car” situations, but the employees that work at Ricks are amazing. Most recently I worked with Mike about my car and he went the extra mile to help me. I'm not sure, it's $50-75 most places - but you can use the tool from AutoZone or O'Reilly for free. They'll even help you hook it up and they have the code lists.
If the question is Are they open on Saturday the answer is no.
Yes they can. But you would be more effective to call them instead of asking Google reviews individuals
