DO NOT GO HERE especially if you are a woman. Terry thinks we are all walnuts. Took my daughters truck in to have the transfer case looked at, and get an estimate on fixing it. Terry immediately gave me the vibe he was not listening to me describe the issue. Wouldn't call us back. I have my suspicions he never even put it on the rack. When my 18 year old daughter finally got ahold of him finally he tried to sell her a $4800 transmission. His demeanor changed when he realized I was listening to the call. Explaining how he couldn't rebuild it, can't get parts. There was no used transmissions in the area and it would have to be a new crate transmission. I paid the $145 worthless diagnosis fee and took it to ACE transmission in Springfield. FREE DIAGNOSIS and they actually found I was right, it WAS THE TRANSFER case. SO he would have sold my daughter a $4800 transmission and it would have still left her with the original issue on the side of the road. DO NOT GO HERE, absolute swindlers. Terry, if you read this review, I HAVE THE BUSTED TRANSFER CASE PARTS FOR YOU.
