Doug was as Professional as possible, courteous, knowledgeable, communicated the issues in a way I can understand, I don’t speak hvac, repaired the issue to the best of his ability, checked and remedied a few items that we’re going to be issuers in the near future, and ordered the parts needed before he left the driveway. I would recommend them again for sure. If you have a need, he’s the guy to get on the job!

Comfort Air was amazing my technician showed up to my house a couple hours after I called because my lines were frozen! Charged me a reasonable price and explained to me how to prevent build up of a clogged coil! My Acoil was absolutely disgusting he showed me my problem and showed me why it was the way it was! The heating and cooling systems are sized according to their tonnage. One (1) ton equals 12,000 BTU/H. Residential systems can range from 1 to 5 tons.
