Hi Jane, replacing golf shafts can vary widely on cost depending on the type of shaft selected plus the type of driver the work being done on it. If it is a modern day driver, with an adjustable loft/lie, then there is an adaptor that needs to be addressed as well. Most of the time, we can save the existing adapter, but some times we can not. I'd love to break it down further but it is often tough to quote without seeing the job needing to be done. I'd say simple repair jobs on a driver can run between $75-$100 (shaft, grip and install) and more complex jobs can usually start around the $100 price for a quality, but cost effective shaft. I'm sorry I couldn't provide more exact details, but the guys in the shop will be able to once they get to see the work that needs to be done. I'd suggest brining the broken club down to the shop to let them inspect it and give you a better idea. Thanks!
