Awesome customer service. My friend took first rental and suppose to drop off at different location but trip got cancelled at last minute and he has returned vehicle 35 mins delay. We spoke to Branch Jennifer and she was so kind and understood our problem and helped us..

The rep was friendly and did a good job. The van was not cleaned well at all. We had to get an Aux cord to play spotify over the radio. There was a piece of trim behind the passenger side view mirror that was missing.

The customer service was awesome couldn’t ask for better, I was given 3 choices in the SUV area, the issue I had was the vehicle I chose was dirty inside and out but the inside was nasty there was dog nose prints all over the back window it looked wiped down on the handles but there was a white film. The inside smelled horrible of both cigarette smell and dog it was not enjoyable to drive but the vehicle was decent. I would say don’t pick the Toyota, I should have went with the forester but who knows perhaps that would have been the same
