The officer who came to my accident scene was very nice. My complaint is that it took 3.5 hours for highway patrol to arrive after my accident occurred, I assume because they are short staffed. Most of this time was after dark, waiting in an unsafe area. I called a total of 5 times and was repeatedly told that they were very backlogged, but had no idea it would end up being all evening that I would have to wait. I don't think this is reasonable.

Today I was impacted with such a good job! when the officer put under confession to the driver of a truck that was not accepting that he hit my car in the ramp of exit 51. Great good job to find the truth!.

Laws must not apply to this officer on Pelham Rd. Blocking Pelham Batesville fire department station 1 Sign says do not block intersection with obvious markings on the road but I guess he was distracted from driving while on his laptop.

The most efficient organization for causing traffic. Incompetent at handling any situation without creating mile long traffic jams. Probably cause more accidents by creating bumper to bumper traffic than they have any hope of preventing by writing tickets.

Same situation currently.
We have a phone system that we log into, if it rings 3 times and we don't pick up, it logs us out. We have no way of knowing that we are logged out. Sometimes we have 3 people to cover 12 counties. It's a no win situation for the public
Depends on your job; admin personnel work more business hours, up to 8 hours five days a week. Dispatch and Troopers work rotating shifts and can range from 8 to 12 hours. Sometimes Troopers have to work longer hours.

You would have to call in and talk to a supervisor to get the exact amounts. HP only dictates the amount for towing the company's have there own additional cost for storage, no key, etc.
