Sat on hold for over 2 hours, people that answered were beyond rude and don’t care about your time or your schedule. Still waiting on a call back to just schedule an appointment. I would not recommend if you need actual medical service or advice, they will just try to place you on hold forever or until you forget about using them.

I’ve been having some issues pertaining to my well being, I went to the clinic early one morning was one of the first to enter the clinic when it opened, I was allowed to sign in to see the triage nurse, unfortunately when I was put in a room at 8:50AM, I explained to the nurse my symptoms, she paused for a moment said “I’ll be right back” after 5 minutes she came back and told me, “The doctor will see you but it will be at 4 this afternoon”, Long story short, do NOT go to this clinic expecting them to full fill their walk in policy, if you don’t have all day to wait, furthermore the Nurse manager told me they are not set up to take walk ins, To complicate matters on this day a provider called out sick, this had the entire staff jacked up and out of whack, The providers calling out sick is a real problem with this clinic, mainly on Monday and Fridays, imagine that, a 3 day weekend,

Dr. Bopanna is the Best Dr VA or the public has ever had in the state of south Carolina. I was told to day he is leaving. ALL of my 5 star goes to Dr Bopanna. His shoes are so big that there's not a nother Dr could ever fill his shoes. It's a dark day for me it's like loosing a family member. The powers to be needs to do whatever it takes to keep Dr. Bopanna on staff. Sad day very sad day 😭

I love the new clinic in Greenville, SC. I have received the best of care and my appointment have been made in a timely manner. Update: this still stand. I just had two appointments a week apart and everything was fine; even my wait time (less than 10 minutes).

First come first served and they stop at 1500, (no JB Jr, they do not make appointments).
Yes. On the ground floor ask the people at the front desk.
To the best of my knowledge just come in to the clinic and update your new residence/address/contact info......There isn't really a 'transfer' so much as just coming in to update your new info.
It is a multi-specialty Community Based Outpatient Clinic. We have Primary Care, Mental Health, Dental, Radiology, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Audiology, Prosthetics, Lab, Pharmacy as well as limited Telehealth. Come see us.
Maybe, if you talk to the VA pharmacy, instead of posting private medical info on the internet, someone can help you.
Yes you may want to schedule an appointment but they do walkins
Call Columbia VA annex for the director director of nursing and complaint with them
Go to the VA and make your appointment in person. I had the same problem with phone
The clinic is open and so is the hospital, but we are on strictly case by case situation and guidance from higher, if you have an emergency go to the nearest hospital, if is fir a normal situation call first for assistance
Usually if they cancel that far ahead the provider probably put in for leave. They will reschedule close to the original appt as possible and you might get an earlier one. Also you can always call and if there is a cancellation they will put you in.
Far as I know, but I'm not certain.
Contact Senator Lindsay Graham's office and complain.
Yes , you need to fill out a form at the primary care windows and they will mail them to you.
Yes it does
The lab opens daily ( Monday to Friday only ) at 07:30 local time ( Eastern)
Very carefully. Let Texas know and South Carolina know. Ask them the proper way
The clinic closes at 4:30 so you should get to the pharmacy around 3:30 to be served on time.
Wish I knew
I'm not sure about that. Call them and see.
I am not sure. I don't think so. It depends on the treatment, but they would probably sen you yo the V.A. hospital in Columbia for that.
It varies by department.....Best bet is to call the main number tomorrow morning. Keep in mind that Saturday hours are limited to Primary Care.
You need to make an appointment
I enrolled online
What day is tomorrow?
