To the best of my knowledge just come in to the clinic and update your new residence/address/contact info......There isn't really a 'transfer' so much as just coming in to update your new info.

They had me call Columbia and do a new patient “registry”. After I was in the regional system, I was able to schedule an appointment at the Greenville VA.
