I had moved from Tucson, Arizona to Sapulpa, Oklahoma 16 years ago. when we bought this huge house was custom built in 1960. I had noticed a very old gold color intercom system and to plug in your phonograph. It didn't work so I cleaned up the vacuum tube ends with very fine sandpaper. I then inserted the tubes and it worked until remodeled but I kept the system with the original wiring if some maybe hook it back up it even has some of the original speakers in some of the rooms. The specs our Model # 2011 117 Volts AC/DC and 29 Watts can you believe it. I even still have 2 original big round heaters in each one of are bathrooms near the shower and they work great. it just proves that that kind of product back in the day was definitely built to last. From 1960 to 2005 on the intercom system that's 45 years. and 2 big heaters with the big heating coils, from 1960 to 2021 that so far is 61 years and still going strong. We had 3 but 2 years ago we had to replace it. That's why your product stood against time their is just not enough words, Your Product is Awesome honestly with that intercom and the heating element and lasting very very long time I say these other intercom companies it just can't be beet because I have proof that it doe's last. so you the competition with Nutone Intercom systems and other product you don't in my opinion you don't even come close. Thank You folks at Nutone maybe someday I will be able to afford a new system. I'm a disabled Police Officer of 16 years of service on social security disability. Thank You again Nutone
