There is a parking area next to the employee parking. Walk to shipping and sign in. They expect you to back in the dock with tandems back and return to the shipping office to get a wheel chock. Once you get the green light, take your chock back to the shipping office for your papers. Backing in off the street is not bad. In fact, you don't even need to hop the curb. Just pull up and back in, they will wait. They have a porta potty such as it is. They took about an hour to load me so if there are other people there when you arrive, prepare to wait a while.
