Ran several loads no problems. Even on a Sunday, I had no problem getting lumper fee. So far so good.

Don't work with this company, they are liers and they don't now how comunicate. Don't book loads with Josh especially. No exact location no exact weight, and once you will complete the load they will charge you for nothing.

Update: I reached out per the owner's response to this review, and though hiding behind a facade of professionalism in their communication with me, they have made it clear they condone the dishonesty and bad business their brokers are practicing. Though they are only skimming small amounts off the top without true reason (as they experience no financial penalty if a load is delivered the next day, as their broker implied)- it adds up to a big savings when they do it to multiple carriers. There is no way Nationwide Logistics does not see this savings in their financial statements, and they lack the integrity to resist that temptation. Again, do not recommend working with this brokerage at all. We booked a load with a broker that was a "first come, first serve" delivery, no appointments, and even if your driver got there first thing during delivery hours- they'd have to deliver next day if there were too many trucks ahead of them. When our dispatcher asked the broker to clarify whether or not it mattered if the load was delivered next day due to the "first come, first serve" issue, the broker stated that it did NOT matter, and never mentioned anything about late delivery deductions. If it did matter, we would not have booked the load. Our driver ended up having to deliver next day. When Nationwide finally sent a check for this load (33 days late), they had deducted $100 for "Misc." When we inquired what this was for, we were told it was because the driver delivered the load a day late. When this was addressed with the broker, he backpedaled on his word, attempting to use the rate con as his shield against the verbal agreement he made. Nationwide's representatives are practicing dishonest money grabbing techniques to save a dime here and there, and from the looks of their responses to other reviews- instead of addressing it with their brokers in an attempt to better their business- they are being unprofessionally snarky with people in their responses (which tells me they condone the dishonest practices). Do not recommend working with this company at all.

Had multiple bad experience with Brian Waczkowski. The first time I booked a load through them I looked through my factoring company to see if I could factor my load through them if I took the load. It came back as approved but I didn't notice the rate confirmation came from different company that was called patriot carriers. Took three weeks to get my payment from the company I did work for and was told by them Brian was a piece of work and did this type of stuff all the time but would make sure to talk to him. Today on a separate load I was talked to very disrespectfullly by Brian to where I didn't feel comfortable taking the load anymore and canceled. He then threatened to put me on the no pick up list to try and force me into taking load and/or blackmail me. Will make sure to let the loadboards know how they do business as I would have never started had I known. ::::update::::: as other comments mention the ownership is as bad as the employees. After this mishap with a broker I will look up future companies Google reviews to determine if i will do business with them as they were correct in this case! Brian and his boss are as unprofessional as they come and will verbally attack you if they don't get their way.

Raymond - Why would your factor take money owed to you for detention and layover? Do you have a receipt for the washout? Please call our AP department 513-245-4150 with the PRO number you ran so that we can review it with you.
