We recently visited Batra through our friends, though they have good collection and store full of dresses, i feel very biased when it comes to purchase through range of amount that we spend. We were told for every customer there will be 30 min to 1 hr, but when we were nearing 20 min, the lady who was showing dresses had no patience to show further and was very reluctant to show more as we had looking for options below their benchmark. If you have no patience to show dresses like india, leave it with customers, we will choose for ourselves and no need to keep asking you. Also there were no rush in the store so as the sales person had to go to another. Of course it was our mistake that we should have asked to show over 100$. TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS EQUAL !!! BATRA MEMBERS !!!

What a wonderful experience . Even though I was not familiar with their protocol, I was welcomed with open arms and educated on attire and traditions of the wedding I will be attending in a few days .
