Beautiful office, great location. Friendly, professional staff! Knowledgable doctors and opticians! Wonderful, upscale frame selection! Great experience. Longtime client….

Just go in to see the Eye Doctor there great, other than that forget about buying glasses there, over priced they try to sell you up if you have insurance, I already knew this because I've been going for years, this time I just got the basics, what the doctor wanted me to have for my eyes, $200+ later got a phone call 3 weeks later glasses are here so I had a appointment for Saturday at 10 waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes to find out my glasses are not even there, the staff is a joke, girl behind the counter didn't care she's to busy drinking her Big Gulp, staff is just not professional might as well be running a ice cream shop in the front. Blew my Saturday because I came from out of town.

We visited as a first time eye checkup for my 7yr old. The great thing was we got the appointment in 1 day on a Friday which was rare. Upon arrival we were seen very promptly and a very friendly staff. The doctor also saw quickly and within 10 mins was able to conclude my little one needed a prescription glass. The staff who showed us the glasses was very helpful and in fact told us for kids you may want to stay within the insurance limits and showed us good variety of frames within insurance limits. That was unheard of in current days where most eye clinics are pushy. Only 2 things could have been better- 1. It would have been nice if the Doc took a little more time explaining things for a first time eye prescription given to a 7 yr old. 2. The eta for the prescription glasses being 3 weeks is a little too long. In most cases I have experienced other clinics giving in 1-2 weeks

I have been a customer for more then 10 years. Dr.’s are great. But the high pressure sales people when trying to pick out glasses is just to much. They won’t let you pick out your own and even with great insurance they try and up sell you so much that your paying more then 300-500 dollars for glasses and that’s with insurance. Trying someone new this week. Hopefully it’s better.

Yes we do.
We don’t take that specifically but sometimes you have a vision insurance under that so I would definitely call the office because sometimes you have other Sub insurance.
