Disappointed in their price match policy. They don't match manufacturers websites apparently. I would prefer to buy from a physical store just to help keep people employed but they would even budge in the slightest. ...The item tho purchased elsewhere is awesome. The Shark Vertex vacuum really sucks ...which in this case is a good thing. Sorry Best buy but 25% difference in price is a lot.

Needed to purchase a new laptop. I had done my research and went to Best Buy to physically see the unit. While talking with salesperson, they stated that they had a unit returned. Previous customer returned it because it was to heavy for them to tote around for classes. Geek squad checked it over and I purchased it with an open box discount. Very happy. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had a really good shopping experience. I went in for some computer speakers, and the sales person showed me just what I was looking for in a few seconds. Then I asked about a cd player and writer. I got both things and was in and out of the store in about 10 minutes. I am very pleased with my purchases.

Lack of incentive and doesn't help their pay, it all comes down to poor management the company has excelled in offering good deals and tons of options but lack training and this is why people will slowly be replaced with auto checkout
