Frankly disappointing. The staff is wonderful and accommodating, unfortunately corporate needs to put some money into the room.. The bathroom has a toilet for a child. iam 5'4" and it is too low. My husband is 6'4" I told him he may want to just hold it until we get home. I wasn't aware that this was a hotel for people under 5 feet. Don't even want to step in the shower. I live 1 hour away ... I'll wait. I once stayed at. Hojo that had better pillows. Did not plan ahead, so here I am at 3AM about to sleep on what I would describe as pancake pillows, except pancakes are fluffier. Climate control,OK. Beds are OK. Flooring was nice in main area. Grout with mold stained bathroom tile, no thanks. Someone else said they liked their room, so maybe check out your room first, as this one should be 1/2 price.

Always our first choice when looking for somewhere to stay!! Rooms are big and spacious along with comfortable beds. Front desk worker Nikki is friendly and always welcoming.

The rooms are newly renovated and nice except the toilets overflow and flood the bathroom. I called the front desk they offered an upper room to which I physically cannot do. So we asked to have someone clean it and they said they can give us towels to clean it ourselves. Very obvious it happens often.
