LoL, professional???? This is the rudest lab tech I have ever encountered. She knows her job is secure because the company would have to close it's doors if they let her go. If she has received any customer service training then she must have slept through it.

Usually good as far as a blood lab can go. Went the other day and had the rudest tech who obviously hated her job. It showed in every aspect from checking people in to drawing blood. Unfortunate since MOST people choose a career in the healthcare field to truly help patients. Otherwise it is clean and a good location.

I have gone to quest diagnostics in Scotts Valley for multiple blood draws over the past year.I have always had a good experience there. Yesterday I had my blood drawn by Rosalinda. Rosalinda was professional, informative, timely and very nice. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and hold healthcare professionals to a higher bar. Rosalinda and quest diagnostics in Scotts Valley met that bar. I would highly recommend quest diagnostics in Scotts Valley.

Requires a copy of the insurance card every time. Conversations are not private. Good techs don't stay...last tech wanted to work part time.. Quest refused. Sad

I did a walk in. There was only 1 tech available and an elder man waiting in the waiting area. She said she was full up on appointments but that we could wait if we wanted to. He ended up leaving but I take the bus so I stayed. She ended up being able to squeeze me in before her next appointment and I was in and out in the whole building in less than 20 mins. She also did a lovely job finding my vein.
I don't know for sure but I think it unlikely, since it won't tie up a technician.
