I had a pair of my Keen steel toe boots repaired there. The lady of the shop did the stitching in the tear on the side of my boot my boots were less than 5 months old. The lady did an outstanding job of repair and one day and only charged me $7 if they don't answer your questions it's probably because they're busy. Stop by and check it out it's worth it.
