Can't think of anything to complain about. The convenience of having ice anytime of the day while paying only half of what you pay at any store is good enough for me. Good job guys. Hope to see more locations open up soon.

Great concept and self service business. But the owners are failing at this opportunity. The place was a complete mess. The price for a 10lb bag of ice was $2.00 a 20lb bag was $3.00 That isn't bad at all, as long as you get what you pay for. This Ice providing service is all automated. You insert your cash or credit card and select what you want. I inserted two dollars in cash and then selected the 10lb bag of ice option, I could hear the machine doing something and then ... Nothing no more sounds or anything and my bag of ice didn't come out of the machine 🤨🤔 So I waited for a few minutes to see if it was just delayed.... Not this time. So I decided to try it again... I inserted another $2.00 only to have the same thing happen again 😟 Now I'm down $4.00 and have no ice at all. I'm very upset at this point so I start taking down all the info off of the machine do I could attempt to get my money back. While doing this A man walked up behind me to purchase some ice. I explained what happened to me and he decided to try it and when he selected the 20lb bag of ice being bang boom two 10lb bags and a 20lb bag of ice popped out. So I guess my first bag must have got stuck. The way I see it the owners need to pay more attention to thier investment. Clean up around it, inside and out. In short; great service but poorly run and maintained.
