Yes they do custom tattooing
I believe their shop rate is $150/hr. Total cost will obviously depend on size and amount of detail, shading etc. If this is your first appointment and you're just doing the consultation they will give you an idea of what the out-the-door cost will be. Awesome shop though, all the artists do great work from what I've seen. Jazz did my latest work and she's great.
