I got my first tattoo here and all the workers were very welcoming and super helpful. I felt really comfortable throughout my whole time there. I came in on one of their walk in days and ended up waiting about half an hour. They are really patient with you and take their time making sure it’s 100% what you want and placement too. I got tatted by Alyanah and she was the sweetest and did an amazing job I would definitely come back!

From the beginning they were super accommodating to my friend and I, we ended up having to change our tattoos and they were very nice about quickly changing the design after we emailed them. We weren’t sure how it would be by the looks of the outside of the old building but as soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed in a clean and nice environment. Richie was able to do exactly what we wanted for a small tattoo and did an incredible job. Replicated handwriting from a card perfectly. We’ll definitely be back!

Artists are great and everyone is friendly, my only issue was the front end people not quoting accurately. Got two fairly small tattoo's for me and my girlfriend and at first we were told 220, which wasn't bad at all however come time to pay we were first told 220 for both tattoos AGAIN and then when i paid it magically jumped up to 440. Had I been told that from the start i would of just moved on to a different shop but they didn't give us a proper price till the end. Once again great artist and they're good with lines but for the price? Keep looking. Update: Melanie contacted me and got me in to fix my tattoo and free of charge as well as refunded me money, even offered to redo it again if any issues arised. No hard time or anything even had a decent chat while she re did my tattoo. She's a great artist and was able to fix it in under 30mins! Im thinking of giving them another chance as their customer service is top notch and they really seem to care for every customer that comes in. My situation was just one of bad luck as that happens everywhere but it's how we react to unfortunate situations that matters most and melanie definitely went above and beyond!
