Shop is closed during posted business hours. This seems to be a trend among tattoo shops in the area. Blatantly wasting another person's time is disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.

Here I got my first tattoo by Lani and she did a great job! She is extremely lovely and you feel comfortable with her from the beginning :) she helped me with the design and it turned out beautiful! I am very happy and recommend this place and Lani of course ;)

I believe that's not how that works. Those tattoo artist deliver art on your body - I am unable to assign an houlry rate for that. Btw, IMO, the tip should match the price to at min. 50%- yes, Orly and his staff are that good!

It usually depends on hourly rate and the tattoo artist. Usually they chaarge around 50-60$ per hour.
My tattoo artist charged $180/hour. It all depends on size, detail, etc.
