Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order via Wingstop's website. Chose "Delivery" as my option. Was never given any indication that this would send my order to a third party delivery service like DoorDash, GrubHub, etc. Placed my order. It said 30 minutes. Over an hour goes by and I get alerted that the order has been delivered. No food. My food is now sitting at the restaurant cold. The instore personal are absolutely clueless, providing zero assistance. I cannot get a refund because I have zero clue who even picked up the order to be delivered. The store won't offer any refund. This is the last time I'll ever spend money with this company. I'd urge anybody looking at these one-star reviews to realize what an awful place this is and take their business elsewhere.

Every time I’ve been to this location there is some sort of issue. They don’t answer the phone. The customer service is also horrible. This time I waited 30 minutes for wings and a soda. I was charged for the meal when I clearly stated I only wanted wings and a drink… I was already home when I realized that so wasn’t gonna go back and just wanted to enjoy it at that point. The drink had no syrup so I had to throw it away. The fries were so cold I had to heat them up and the wings were less than mediocre. Save your $ and time and just go to a different location.
