I asked for a large order of thigh bites and this is all I get! When I first ordered thigh bites it was spilling over now all I get is half of a corner!? For a large combo of $15 that's shameful and there's no meat in these just fried batter.

Horrible service!!!! Online orders take over 30mins but they don’t make it until you arrive so wait is nearly an hour. staff has bad attitude, and food boneless wings are overcooked and fries. It’s always an issue with this location and I have done several reviews with the company and nothing has changed. I will not visit this location again!

Manager Tiara is not management material. She was rude and when I requested a refund she said it takes 3-5 business days and WOULD NOT give me a receipt. The front workers were handing out food to the wrong people and taking it back after they noticed it was wrong from the customer. The workers would still give out the food that was touched by someone else to the owner of the order. The workers at this establishment is unprofessional and very down right rude to people. You get the eye roll from the cashiers when you make an inquiry about your food after you have waited 45 minutes for your order. Then when you finally get your order it’s WRONG AND IT’S COLD!!!! This Wingstop needs new management and workers because it’s a disgrace!

Let’s me start off by saying the employees here have a bad attitude and if you can go to the one on Lindbergh. I walked in on 3/27/22 @ 7:15 pm and placed an order for an 8 piece Spicy Korean and a another 8 piece with Spicy Korean and Hawaii I paid for my food waited and received my food all just for me to get home to see Amotic and Cajun in the bag with my boyfriend have an allergy with super hot foods I had to drive all the back to get my food right all just for the manager to give me attitude and the cashier claiming she heard me say Cajun even if I did say Cajun it was still wrong because it was Amotic in there therefore I will not be spending anymore more at an establishment who gets mad that they made a simple mistake especially when I am a customer who came with the upmost respect
