Stumbled upon this place because it shared a parking lot with my hotel. Great spot to grab a small bite. Portions are small for the price. Owners show a lot of passion, talk with you as if you’re family, very ohana, and help you decide which bowl is right for you. I got an off menu item, “krackatoa” which mixes two bowls together for the perfect combo of savory, spicy and sweet. Delicious!

Absolutely amazing! Totally understand why they have 5 star ratings. The staff were fantastic, super welcoming and very patient. As this was our first visit, they helped us figure out what to order. The food was so fresh and flavorful. Wish we lived closer because it would definitely be a regular stop for us. Don't sleep on Tropicali!

They have a tricky menu but they do help us with whatever you need so you don't have to worry after looking at the menu. They have a good taste and the environment is also very tropical. I really liked to have lunch with friends. Would definitely recommend.

Tropicali is hands down one of my favorite restaurants I’ve ever been to! Can’t speak highly enough of this place, everyone who works there is so upbeat, kind & helpful! The customer service truly is above & beyond. The food is incredible, there’s so many options & all of the flavors are next level. If you are in the area, you definitely don’t want to miss this place, add it to the top of your list! We were only in big bear for a day & we ended up going for lunch & then going back for dinner because it was that good!
