While yes the rent prices are good! And the apts inside look amazing Everything else is no good these apts use to be beautiful and clean but Management has let these buildings become the worst! the lady who supposedly Manage these buildings Is lazy sits her Large behind a desk all day or barely there And is rude. Hallways are always are dirty and smell elevator floors never cleaned let tenants just trash everywhere no wonder why they have roaches and bedbugs now all up in the apartments now. Nothing is being done about it they have some professionals that come but they don't do anything they come in your house walk to the bathroom and then leave. They don't actually spray anything or ask you if everything is ok So Yea people This place Has a Big time ROACH problem. The walls are paper thin. So There is no privacy in your apartment. You will hear everything your neighbors are doing, Even if they keep it low. Especially in the bedrooms. Cops are always In and out of the building from noise complaints You have people who hang out in front of the buildings mostly all day they need to switch up management or get better tenants Im happy My mom decided to move from there yes the prices are amazing but thats about it

After living there for around 2 years I couldn’t take living there anymore. Paper thin walls you could hear your neighbors sneeze and talk just like their in your apartment. Not just that but aggressive dogs breeds are allowed because they have special privileges even though the apartment policy is small non aggressive breeds people get away with it. It to mention the skunk smell pretty much smelling up the whole building thanks to people smoking pot. The rent is good and inexpensive but you’ll deal with those issues I listed.. Basically renter beware of potential problems
