We stayed at Bond1836 last month to celebrate our Anniversary. This B&B is a gem. It is a completely renovated neatly 200 year old farm house that has kept its bygone charm. The location is ideal, just far from town to enjoy tranquility but still close enough. The property has beautiful old growth locust trees and an elevated view of the pristine lake. Corey, our hostess was wonderful, giving us a great recommendation for dinner.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Bond. The Inn was immaculate and in a beautiful rustic setting. Carey, our host, was lovely and served a fantastic breakfast that included a delicious peach cobbler! We stayed there for my husband’s birthday and also enjoyed all that Skaneateles has to offer including a great meal at Rosalie’s and a visit to Anyala Winery. We will definitely be returning to The Bond. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful place! Booked the suite for one night of a girl's weekend and had such a lovely visit. From the time I booked the room, communication was great. Check-in was effortless. The room was gorgeous and spotless. Had a nice time rocking in the chairs on the front porch...perfectly peaceful. The staff was amazingly responsive and helpful when we ran into car trouble the morning of our check-out, sending us on our way with some freshly made frittata. Highly recommend if you are looking for a top notch little gem in a wonderful location! Hope to be back again next time I'm in the area.

The Bond was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway in the Finger Lakes! Our room so charming and the beds were insanely comfortable. Corey and the staff are incredibly friendly and provided great service, especially the delicious breakfast! The location is great, a quick drive to the very quaint Skaneateles, locals hikes, wineries, etc. We will definitely be back!
