They take their time and answer all questions. Very good, very understanding right up to the end of pet's life. Worth it to go there.

I love Dr McDonald! Her staff is always wonderful to my pets & I trust no one else with them! She treated my 6.5yr old Springer for Lyme disease & now she has a new lease on life! Yes, the wait can be long but I’d rather wait a few hours to be seen that day than wait months to have my pet seen at another office. And their prices are so much more affordable than any other office in the area. They also called a week or so after the visit to see how she was doing. Love that they actually care about their patients.

I took my pug in for a rash from a flea collar. They did not give him pain meds and couldn't get his neck shaved. I asked about lidocaine spray or a topical pain relief product and they "said they didn't do that" my pup got no treatment other than a cortisone shot and keflex. No actual wound treatment. They didn't clean his wound or offer any follow up care. Very disappointing. I did get keflex antibiotics and chlorahexadine wash, I declined the prednisone pills because steroids are bad. For the immune system. Very disappointing that they could not finish shaving his wound and provide full treatment.

I tried going Monday at 1224 and they said they had a busy morning si no more till after lunch, then again yesterday at 350 they stated they were no longer were taking any animals, though they didnt close till 5!
Yes but you need to call to find out the price
They do not spay or neuter dogs there, only male cats. It is a walkin with a large variety of services but they do not have a surgical suite. You would be referred to their main hospital, Veterinary Medical Center on Hooper Rd in Endwell, a full service hospital.
They don't do that at that clinic. They will refer you to another location!
It goes by weight, and so sorry for you.
The only place that I know of that takes payments is Pet Street Vet Hospital in Greene.
Sorry for your friends situation. BAC Requires payment upon treatment. Also there will be an initial vet visit cost $38-40. You might be able to talk with them and work something out?
yes, they are a walk in clinic however they are closed for lunch from 1pm to 2pm and don't bring them past 3:50 because they may not be able to see you due to being full up.
VET IMMEDIATELY. Is the cat peeing? If not and not drinking they get dehydrated quick. And could have a kidney issue.
I'm unfortunately not sure. I know they have been wonderful to me and my dog Buddy for the past 5years. I even moved to NYC and still bring Buddy here when I visit my Mom every few months for his checkups and bloodwork. He has diabetes and Dr. McDonald and staff are wonderful and I trust her advice completely. If they dont do teeth cleaning/pulling they will refer you to a place they approve of for the work. I would call and speak with them.
She needs Frontline Plus. Home remedies never work. Get her weight and buy it at Walmart or Petsmart.
