This place is so great it will make your head spin! I have been having issues with dizziness since an accident over a a month ago and I have even miserable. I have seen five - FIVE - doctors and none of them gave me a diagnosis or could explain (or fix) my dizziness. The Balance Institute figured it out at my first appointment. The Balance Institute has been stellar from the first phone call. They were incredibly thorough in taking a close look at me to determine the cause of my issues and they quickly rooted out the problem. Isabel (sp.?) was very careful to explain what each test did for me and she explained her findings as the tests were occurring. I then worked with a physical therapist and he ran me through the ringer to determine what I could do to alleviate my issues after figuring a diagnosis. He then prescribed to me some physical therapy which I need to do at home and explained my expected prognosis. He said I could come back to get more exercises but really I could probably manage my issues at home with what he showed me today. I am incredibly relieved as I finally have some answers. They actually care about trying to help you and they want to fix your problems. If you are dizzy, come here!

I dont' know about the service, my husband had to go and experience that part but their billing system is horrible and unprofessional, like some one just printed the invoice from home. No number to call no accepted payment options, nothing, just the amount and address where to send it to, not even the insurance adjustments. Horrible. So I am not paying this until I know it was submitted to insurance. oh how could I forget, the number I found on google rang couple times machine told me to stay on the line and than went into voice mail. ugggggghhhhhhh. if there was a half a star I would have given it to them

Depends on which therapies you use. Yes, they take insurance. Check with your carrier for the coverage.
