This bowling alley has gone way downhill. We have been regular customers here for the last 4 years. Over the past year and a half or so, we’ve noticed significant and disappointing differences. Staff is INCREDIBLY rude. They won’t smile, they won’t greet you, they mumble, they roll their eyes. You can call and ask about wait times and you’ll be told a lie in an attempt to keep customers from wanting to come before closing (we’ve tested this over 10 times by walking in right after calling). It is also dirty — the last 4 times we have been, we have been sent to a table that is covered with previous customer’s trash and sauce leaving the tables sticky. Last time coming to this bowling alley. Sick and tired of people acting like it’s the end of the world to get paid to have a job. I cannot fathom staffing the way this bowling alley has chosen to. Absolutely ridiculous.

Came here with my girlfriend who is 5'0 and 120 pounds, we asked politely to use a 6 or an 8 pound ball for her, but they refused to let us use anything under a 12 despite having them in plain site. It was really uncomfortable for her to bowl with such a heavy ball, the staff were incredibly unfriendly and they had the bathroom closed almost the entire night. If you come here with anyone who's not decently strong or even good at bowling don't expect to be able to use a lightweight ball or even bumpers. Women's bathroom also had no toilet paper in the stalls.

It's a really cool place , we're well maintained trained. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The food is good. Lots of bang for the buck. Fun activities in the lounge, trivia, pool, great libations and live music too. Check it out.

We had my sons 9th birthday party here, and I've never had such a terrible experience like this. So much went wrong, the only reason I gave more than one star was because of Roberta. She handled the situation better than the manager and was very sweet about everything. The organization of this place is honestly sad. I was told the pizzas and drinks were not ready on time or *even started* because of shift change. The timing of our party changed for whatever reason. Therefore, I recommend better help and better communication between the staff. Also, Roberta needs to be a manager. I guarantee happier customers under her management.
