They had all the moving supplies that you need and will install hitches with appointments to your vehicle. They were well stocked with regular and specialty boxes and will allow returns of unused items with receipt.

We reserved a truck for 15ft and when we arrived, we were told that the truck was in repair and wouldn't be able to be used. They didn't call us or let us know. We asked what is the solution then because we were moving and needed something. The guy said that there's a truck in vestal that hadn't been picked up and would probably be cancelled. He said to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Or our other option was pick up a truck tomorrow at 1:30 or Sunday morning. We waited to see of the other one was cancelled and if we needed Saturday. He told us that the truck was cancelled and he would put in the reservation and we could drive to the vestal location to pick up. We were relieved. We got to the vestal location and we find out that the worker never called to check and give a heads up what was going on to the vestal location. We almost lost the new reservation because of this. Like, come on... It was a frustrating and stressful experience on top of the already frustrating and stressful experience of moving! Uhaul, do better!
