It would have been a 5 star! The eye glass intake was fantastic. I didn't have an exam. But when I picked up the glasses, I sat there and expected him to make sure they fit and that I could see properly, but he practically threw them at me and sent me on my way! Whats up with that? 😞

Extremely annoyed by the fact I scheduled an appointment for my son two months in advanced and they waited until TWENTY MINUTES before the appointment to tell me the doctor doesn’t see kids his age. You couldn’t have told me that earlier when I scheduled the appointment? I could have made an appointment somewhere else but instead time wasted. Not to mention, we could have gotten his vision checked out and glasses ordered somewhere else by now. Thanks.

I arrived at the New Hartford store late due to mitigating circumstances. The District Manager was kind enough to get me an appointment the next day at the Schenectady store. I left that same day with both pair of glasses. Best service and glasses I have ever purchased.
