We got our pool two years ago from them and have not had any issues. They offer a pool school for opening and closing, all free of charge. You can take your water in and get it tested and they will tell you exactly what you need to buy. Lindy is great about telling you only what you need instead of just trying to make a sale. We have been very happy with them. would highly recommend them! Everyone in their office is super friendly! I know someone had mentioned cowboy boots and overalls potentially being a reason for poor customer service on a previous review, I can assure you from experience, that is not the case. We live on a farm and are very simply dressed people. I go into the business in my work uniform frequently, of which is a restaurant uniform. There is never any judgment directed at anyone, nor have I ever felt any when I have been in that store. Highly recommend them!!

30 days ago we purchased a Jacuzzi “Soul” Plug and Play Hot Tub. We are extremely satisfied with the Hot Tub and our experience. Sam was our salesperson and we told him we wanted a day to think about it. He gave us his personal cell because he was off the next day. When we called him to tell him we were moving forward he had Faith take care of us. The whole process was easy and Faith was great. Everything went exactly as we were told with delivery and set up. The delivery/set up was smooth and the team was professional. We had good instructions on how to use our chemicals and a few weeks later we went in and had our water checked. We met Lyndy in CS and she was so helpful and very nice. I recommend them and give them a five star!
