Really nice place to meet with friends and enjoy good food and wine. Great decor but the wooden chairs are so uncomfortable. Would actually have stayed longer but just could not sit there longer. But that was the only miss. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a party at our house that Bridge Water Wines + Dines catered. They made the party so easy, convenient, and enjoyable to everyone. We gave them the theme (tour of Europe) and they came up with a list of wines and food for us to …
DALE KUCHNICKI
I've been there! Not going back. $10.00 bottle uncorking fee, you got to be out of your mind. If in fact the bottle had a cork in it and they had to do a little work to pop the cork maybe I would have felt a tad better but it was a twist …

Watch your wallet when you enter Bridgewater Wines. Attached photo is their 3 cheese/3 meat chacuterie (in a cardboard box). $75! One little slice of greasy cheese is $8+. Asked at least for a plastic tray. They demanded $5 more for the tray. NOT an award-winning store.Hi Rick I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your to go charcuterie board from Bridgewater Wines + Dines. Let me help shed some light on some additional details that you neglected to mention. The cost of your board was not $75. The $75 that you mentioned includes wine that you purchased at the same time. Yes, you can purchase less expensive products but that’s not what we choose to use. We use hand crafted meats and cheeses on our boards. Most of the cheeses are shipped directly from local North Carolina dairy farms. That being said, everything on our boards are top quality. Our meats and cheeses are delicious. Some of the meats COST us $103/lb while some of the cheeses cost us $40/lb. and more. The boards are made with special Marcona almonds from Spain, high quality fig spread, honey and other accompaniments. Our rustic bread is shipped from a top baker in NYC. Yes, the to go boards come in a rustic pizza box, we call them “boards in a box”, and when the guests are ready to enjoy the boards they empty the accompaniments and the rustic bread on their own board. We do offer an option for our cost of $5 to upgrade to a catering platter if the board is for an event. You told the team at the store that you don’t recall asking for that option. But regardless, rather than “demanding” $5, we replated your order onto the catering platter at no charge. If this board wasn’t for you we would have gladly refunded your money had you asked. You also forgot to include in the picture you posted, the TriBeCa bread that comes with the board. Here is what a Bridgewater Wines + Dines, three meat and three cheese charcuterie board looks like that has made our boards so famous and has the public voting us #1 every year since we opened. You are of course free to not enjoy our offerings but we do wish for candor and honesty when describing them. Doug, Owner of Bridgewater Wines + Dines PS Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any concerns.
