Honestly I wouldn't even give a 1 star. Called to figure out a problem with charging a recipient extra postal costs that per the way I shipped the packet, should not have been applied. I have been mailing this way for over 5 years and never had such a unexplained charge demanded to the recipient.

What a miserable place. They lost 15 pounds worth of items from a box, literally of all the books and onesies I sent. Only 2 we're in the box hope they needed it more. Not helpful at all and from the reviews I'm not the only one. They could take a lesson from Amazon.

Two stars are for Marquita only. I appreciate her showing customers and fellow workers respect by wearing a face covering and gloves. Other workers at the front desk did not show the same courtesy. Is the mandate for federal employees to wear masks still in effect? If so, Marquita was following the guidelines and others were not.

The people here are nice and always helpful.. sometimes the wait can be a bit long depending on the time of day it is.. I love that they are informative on different ways of sending packages and there’s material there for purchase such as gift boxes envelopes and cards.. they also offer P.O. Boxes in different sizes for a reasonable price .. I love flower pens in the lobby for customer use!
