If you have a pet who needs Emergency care and you are anywhere close to this location- don’t hesitate, go! The staff here is incredible. I will never forget their level of care and kindness during a very difficult time. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Arrived at 11:00 with a dog who has thrown up 8 times in the last 16 hours. They advised us of a 2 hour wait and asked us to wait outside since he’s only a 9 month old puppy (meanwhile other puppies sit in the lobby). After waiting, we were told he was 3rd on the list with 5 on the board - whatever that means. After waiting another hour we’re told he’s 2nd on the list with 11 on the board! All the other patrons waiting inside in the cool AC have been here after us, all while my all black dog and pregnant wife wait outside in the 91 degree heat. Been here for almost 4 hours now and continue to receive no care.

Had to bring my kitty in for a UTI. We were there awhile which is understandable for an emergency clinic. But everything was professional, friendly and clean. It is pricey but again it's an emergency clinic. Very appreciative of an emergency vet clinic.

Brought my cat in on Friday night around 930pm. There were a few pets being seen before mine, but the entire process still only took about 3 hours. That's amazing!! The team was super friendly. Even with some people being impatient with them. I'm so happy to now know, if I ever have another pet emergency, I can come here and be taken care of. Thank you all very much!!!
