I’ve been receiving allergy shots for 15+ years with no issues. The past 2 months my shots did not get mailed and I had to call multiple times to get them shipped. I Just learned today that office will no longer auto ship my allergy shots. I’m now required to call every month to reorder (which is a huge inconvenience) . I tried emailing the office using the email address listed on the website and received a reply that the email is no longer valid. Not sure what’s going on, but very poor patient service.

Came in to pick up my home sleep test earlier than my schedule appt on 2/1 due to the bad weather that was coming...so the office was going to be closed on wed and thurs. Robin showed me how to put on the test step by step in a EZ way to understand. And even put it on her own self so could see what the home test was going to look like when I did it myself the next 2 nites. She was nice and asnwer all my questions. I thought that it was going to be much more difficult than it was. She explained the contract and sleep log, when and where I needed to return the home test and made sure that there was a phone number to call to leave a message that would be returned the next day incase I had a question. It was EZ process not uncomfortable.

Fancy Feet

Robin and Sonya were wonderful sleep techs during my sleep study. They actually CARE about their patients! Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't make me feel like a burden like other health care places have in the past. Made me feel at ease, even though I had wires all over body. ( Just part of the process) Highly recommend either of them if you need a sleep test. It was refreshing to be treated with so much kindness, even during a pandemic. Not all health care employees in Kansas City metro have a good caring attitudes. Thank you ladies.

Horrible practice. I have a recall to my potentially cancer causing cpap machine and cannot get these folks to call me back. My husband and I have left countless phone calls. They’re the people we have to go through to get a filter. Something they should be able to order. And, as our doctors of record, you would think they would have contacted us about the recall but instead we heard about it in the news. Shouldn’t be this difficult. Go anywhere else but here.
