THEY WANT THEY PART BACK AND TAKES FOREVER TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. I'LL ANYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THERE ONLINE SERVICE'S IT'S TRASH WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THERE SERVICE'S UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BE HELD UP. FOR THEM TO TAKE THERE TIME TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY MAKE YOU GIVE THEM ONE STAR! JUST TO POST YOUR REVIEW. LIKE SOMEONE REALLY WANT'S TO GIVE THEM A STAR TO HOLD UP THERE MONEY.

I watched their video on installing a part, then got online to order it but couldnt find it anywhere on their site even though the video says to buy it from them. I contacted customer support to ask them if they could locate the part since i was having issues...just wanted to be sure i didnt miss something. Well, MICHELLE emails me back and says they dont have the parts and tells me to order from PARTS GEEK. I emailed her back and told her that i had already tried Parts Geek and they dont have it either. MICHELLE responds back and says "WE DONT DO SPECAIL ORDERS!"....well, I never asked for a special order, i was just telling them that i had already tried Parts Geek. Then i got passed on to MELODY who tells me to go search Ebay for the parts...LOL. Great business, their solution to NOT having your parts is to send you to a competitor. NO problem, thats what i will do. Heres a thought though...if you're going to post a "How To" video and tell the customer to buy the parts from you...TRY HAVING THE PART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place used to be great. Now, when i need parts, they are either back ordered for months or they cant get the part at all OR they tell you to call PartsGeek for parts and THEY don't have them either...but you can only find out by calling their 800 number which gets you to someone who barely speaks English and cant understand what you're looking for. Sadly, 1A Auto goes from 4 stars to 1 star. UPDATE:8/18/2022. decided to give 1A Auto another chance....and guess what. They didn't have the part AGAIN and they sent me to Parts Geek AGAIN and didn't have the parts either. But this time they were able to accomplish all of this by sending condescending emails and spamming me for a week. Same cr*p, different day. Worthless.
