I arrived from out of town and was looking for a local nail salon. The minute in entered, I was asked if I had an appointment. I said “no”, and before I could say another word, Sarah rudely said “Sorry, we are book for the whole day, Bye.” As if to dismiss me! I haven’t experienced such disrespect, and unprofessionalism in a long time.
