You must have just moved here. Ive Been here 5 yrs. The corporate is lousy. Maintenance is a joke. Frequent hikes in rent. You don't see where any of it goes. No improvements. They don't follow their own guidelines. The only easy you get anything done is if your a personal friend with someone in the office. Yes over half the people here will tell you they've been screwed over. I had to bring a lawyer in. After 2 yrs finally someone came from corporate. About potatoes and signing and money matters. I literally recorded her saying. She would sign her name on papers cause mine is a copy and they keep the originals. So who did I think they would believe. Then she tried to have me thrown out for trespassing. Police told her no ccan do. If you own or rent. It's not trespassing. After I showed the whole video to the police. They told her she was in the wrong. Of she needed something done she'd have to go to court. In cane my lawyer. If you have issues get a lawyer. Management yes. Dianne no.

I need a number to their corporate office

$550.00 a year ago. It was 530.00 been here for yrs. They pick and chose who pays more. Edit: They recently raised it. Above $600.00 know longer do business with them. They also have a class action suit against them.
