I don’t know what it is, but the last few months your Starbucks coffee has been AWFUL. I don’t know if it’s just old sitting on the shelf too long, but something has definitely changed. There is literally no taste. Family members agree. It really is tasteless and just terrible. Please look into this. You are going to be losing a lot of customers, including me, if you haven’t already. Also, I have been paying for my coffee upfront for YEARS since I’m doing my weekly shopping at Stop n’ Shop there as well. Suddenly I’m being told by an unpleasant blond woman that I’m not allowed to do this anymore. Inconvenient and bizarre.

I loathe coming to this specific Starbucks. For one, the workers seem to always have an attitude or there’s an issue and two, they can’t get my order right. Also There have been times where I’ve gone and there’s no one there???
