I have lived here for 6 years. I moved in originally to help my mother when she was having problems with her diabetes and cataracts. And ended up getting my own apartment here. I have made great friends here, I have lost great friends here way too soon in life. Everyone generally tries to get along. We are urged to handle problems ourselves before we get management involved. And that usually works pretty well, but they're there if we need them. All you have to do is practice the Golden Rule and do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you don't think that you would enjoy waking up to the sounds of someone's vacuum sweeper running at 3:00 in the morning, then I don't recommend that you run your vacuum cleaner at 3:00 in the morning. Pretty simple. I gave four stars because no one needs a swelled head. Everyone has room for improvement. In business, in themselves, and in life.

I have used this form to level complaints but now I must tell you that Jeff has changed out lives for the better. He has reached out to the most vulnerable among us and made our lives better. The changes have been so considerd and frankly beautiful. This is a stark reminder of how good people act. Thank you jeff
