I absolutely love it here. Very clean, cameras with the whole areas of living quarters and or parking has cameras and lit up. Reminds me of a military base. Clean and very structured with common rules.

This is a great place. For the money it's one of the nicest apartment complexes. The in house management is good.

ST FRANCIS DISCRIMINATES AGAINST THE DISABLED AND JUSTIFIES IT BY SAYING IT IS THEIR POLICY. HUD AND ADA LAWS DO NOT MATTER TO THEM.

Yes it is a senior/handicap community. If you are looking for regular apartments. The Chatsworth Apartments are just north of St. Francis Apartments.

I thought the saint francis apartments cleaned the parking lot??? Why is it not cleaned now?????

They have cleaned it two times today but the way the wind blew the snow it's kinda hard to keep it cleaned

All of the units here are on income based. Although, you must be a senior OR disabled to live here.
