We have been living here for two years with minimal to no issues. Two weeks after we brought our newborn home our ac went out. The office staff and maintenance team have spent the last 24 hours working non-stop in this heat to resolve our issue. They have been speedy, kind and professional. Greatly appreciated!! They don’t fix ac/heat when broken. My bad, they fix them when it’s time for you to renew your lease or move out

Cottonwood Creek has consistently had HORRIBLE management throughout our time living here this past year. As of today, February 12, 2022, we have had to move apartments because of bats and roaches, and in the new apartment, we have now had our mailbox broken into. When we spoke with management, my roommate and I were told they were aware of the situation but had not notified residents. Management told us that they had no control over the mailboxes yet proceeded to say to put in a maintenance request and they would replace the lock. This situation should have been made public to notify ALL possible residents affected by the problem. Instead, we are left with no packages or mail because of the negligence of Cottonwood Creek Apartments.

As a resident they are quick to do maintenance request and keep their laundry/other facilities clean and inviting.
