Crippen Apartments

I lived here January 2015-June 2016. Original landlord who many may know from back in the day was fine, did not overcharge for apartments, kept the property up, etc. Then later in 2015 the landlord who took over was no good and from what I see and hear he still owns/manages this property and the other buildings on Crippen Place. Apartments look decent but are very overpriced, landlord "loses" rent money orders (happened to me), will not or barely return security deposits, does not keep up the apartments (bare minimum repairs), texts and calls too much (on weekends and after hours), the list goes on. I would not recommend renting from or living there all due to the landlord.
