This place is hit n miss. I've lost almost $7plus and requested refund. Never got reimbursed. Machines are expensive. The machines are filthy, never cleaned.

Well I put about 7$ in a 3$ washer just to find out that it didn't work. I called a number that was in laundromat with no answer and no call back. Do not go there.

No. There should be problem cards in a bin on the door to the back right. One half should say 'out of order' the other half is the complaint/ problem side.. There should be a mail slot in the door for complaint portion of the card.
