Whatever you do, do not go to this specific location. They do not care about the quality of the food. Go to a different location. They will give you HALF of the portion size that they’re supposed to. When you try to call them, they do not answer the phones because I’m sure they’re aware that it’s a customer complaint. Spend your money with a different location but don’t waste your time or money. If the company truly cared, management should’ve replied back to all of these reviews but this just goes to show you exactly the treatment you’ll receive. Save your time and money. This all could be avoided if they took their time and actually answered their phones for moments like this.

First time ordering online. Went to pickup,parked and called number on the sign. Rang several times, message said they were busy and I would need to call back. Machine hung up on me. Waited in drive thru lane, fourth in line and was told to come around. Meals were brought out to us.

There was no line you would think your food would be fresh we had 2pieces of fish coleslaw and fries. The fish looked like it had sat in grease for hours my friend and I won't be going back anytime soon. It use to be flakie and white inside it was all grease.

The food is usually good but they mess up orders regularly. The soda fountain and sauce bar are never clean. And this trip we waited in the drive through for 25 min. Most fast food places have you pull up and wait to keep the line moving they let a car sit there 15 minutes in front of us. totally unacceptable
